I ordered a Chai tea and asked for cinnamon. They claimed they had none back there, however, I've ordered the same drink at other Panera locations and have never been told this. When I went to return the other sandwich I heard one of the employees loudly complain "what the f**k did you expect when we're about to close?" Also the sandwich was supposed to come with a pickle according to their menu and I had to ask for that too. Will not be returning to this location.August 20, 2016
