  Im really disappointed because I really like the food here but the people here are just rude. In October I participated in trunk or treat as a sponsor in largo central park basicly right across the street, and I walked over to grab a burger. I hadn't been here in a couple years so this was my first visit under current ownership/management. Even though the food is still pretty good but the service was terrible and the girl behind the register was just plain rude.I wrote it off as a hectic day and have continued to come back for the past few months. In the 9 or ten visits I have made in the past few months I have never gotten a smile,any attempt at small talk has been shot down with a rude reply or a blank stare. Now today she took my order and asked if it was here or to go. I said "I'll take it here thank you. I've got some time to kill, I'd rather eat at a table than my car". She brought my order out in a to go bag. I said "I'm sorry but this order was for here not to go. And she said oh. Well you take it to go. REALLY!?As a restaurant owner myself I understand the stress and grind of the restaurant business but if you don't like your job, get another one!! Another thing I learned as a successful restaurant owner is a satisfied customer will tell a few people about their experience, an unhappy customer who is not satisfied with the service or their experience will tell EVERYONE!!!!!
  Really when you're serving the same thing as everyone else and your food is just ok. Not bad at all but nothing original or special about it either, you have to at least have a good attitude and someone with a smile at the front of the house. I will be taking my money to go elsewhere from now on. Thanks but no thanks.

  Best steak and cheese with peppers and onions I've ever had!!! The bread was amazing and the service was great. We will definitely be back for more!! Highly recommend... Very fast!
