  37 minutes in the drive through and counting. Once I got to the speaker to order, I waited 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge that someone was waiting. There are currently 9 cars waiting behind me and I'm honestly tempted to get out of my car and tell them it's not worth it. I know I would have time to do so and get back in my car long before the line moved. I have never felt the need in my life to review a fast food restaurant, but my god I would give negative starts if I could. Perhaps they could redeem themselves up to zero for the simple accomplishment of getting a combo meal correct. I don't expect perfection from fast food workers. I understand the stress and time constraint and I'm sure they get cussed out on a daily if now hourly basis. I've worked it, my husband currently works it; I know it sucks. Even with all of that considered, I am astounded at the lack of concern for customer service and the piss poor attitude emanating from the workers when they do finally speak to you. Not worth the time or money I've spent, hopefully you save yours.

  Slowest drive thru ever. Literally 38 minutes (I timed it). Food was fine but 7 cars drove off out of line because they were tired of waiting and it wasn't even that busy! I've worked in fast food for years and unless they were horrifically short staffed, there was no excuse. Fries weren't cooked through (still ice in the middle), chicken was fine, hushpuppies burnt, put ice in the sodas when I said "no ice".

  If I gave A & W five stars, what would that say about me as a person? I'm giving it exactly what it deserves, 3 stars, because I didn't get diarrhea. It's food.
